MVGR Students Shine at Amaravathi State Championship in Tirupati

MVGR College of Engineering proudly congratulates its talented student-athletes for their outstanding performance at the Amaravathi State Championship, held from 23rd to 27th August at Tirupati.

Kishore, 4th Year, ECE, and I. Gowtham Kumar, 2nd Year, MECH, secured 2nd Place in Volleyball, winning a cash prize of ₹50,000.

Gedela Bindu Madhavi, 3rd Year, ECE, won Silver Medal in the 4×100 Metres Relay at the Amaravathi State Championship in Athletics, Tirupati, and received a cash prize of ₹20,000.

A total of 9 MVGR students represented Vizianagaram District, securing 3 medals and bringing pride and recognition to the institution.

The students were supported and guided by G. Srikanth Varma, Assistant Physical Director, whose encouragement and guidance contributed to their sporting success.

Dr. Y. M. C. Sekhar, Principal & Professor, and S. Mohan Kumar, Dean – (AC & EO), congratulated the medal winners and appreciated their dedication, hard work and exceptional sporting performance.
