Conducted in collaboration with the Indian Women Network (IWN) and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), the event empowered students with essential skills and industry insights to enhance their career readiness.

- Dr. V Radhadevi, Lead of the Branding Vertical for IWN Andhra Pradesh and Head of the Department of Basic Sciences and Humanities at Dr. Lankapalli Bullayya College of Engineering, shared strategies on personal branding.
- Dr. Shahazadi Shaik, Lead of the Campus to Career initiative for IWN Andhra Pradesh and Head of Talent Management and Development at Brandix India, provided valuable insights into talent management and career advancement.
- Dr. Usha Pantula, Lead of the Leadership Advancement Pillar for IWN Andhra Pradesh and a Training Consultant specializing in Life Skills and POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment), conducted a session on resilience and mental well-being.
